Chase division.
Structural Engineering Manager:
Professional Engineer with 12+ years of project
management, design and business development experience. The
successful candidate will oversee our group of talented structural
engineers serving architects, builders, and municipalities for the
building sector including commercial, municipal, educational,
recreational, industrial, and medical facilities throughout
Northeast, Florida, and USVI. BSCE and PE required.
Senior Structural Engineer: Professional
Engineer responsible for preparing & overseeing the preparation of
plans, calculations and specifications of structural building
projects. P.E. License, 8-12 years experience and strong technical
skills required.

Tired of the Cold Weather? Stellar , based in Jacksonville, Florida, is
currently looking for a Structural Engineer to join our Commercial Design
Division. This job entails performing structural design and analysis and
producing design documents for commercial buildings and other structures. The
position will report to the Senior Structural Engineer. Work involves design of:
building foundations, slabs, elevated floor structures, roof framing, lateral
resisting systems (for wind and seismic loads), equipment supports, walls and
other components. As part of a design-build team, you will have the opportunity
to be involved in the full lifespan of the projects you work on from preliminary
conceptual design all the way through final construction documentation, field
inspections and project closeout. Applicants for this position should have the
following qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural
Engineering (structural emphasis a plus).
- Good communication skills.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD required.
- Experience with industry standard structural design and analysis
software.
- Professional Engineer’s registration in a US State, with the ability to
become registered in the State of Florida.
- Experience with reinforced concrete and structural steel design
(reinforced masonry design a plus).
- Experience with tilt-up concrete wall systems is preferred but not
required.
- 5-10 years experience performing structural engineering for building
projects.
- Experience working in a design-build environment is preferred, but not
required.
